Running Montour Falls Tea Company has always been about more than just tea—it's about creating comfort, sharing ritual, and offering wellness in the most beautiful, sippable form. That’s why I’m so excited to finally share our brand new Wellness Tea Menu with you.
Each of these blends was designed by me, inspired by real women and real needs—from sleep and digestion to hormone balance and mental clarity. If you’ve been looking for ways to nourish your body and soul with every cup, this new lineup is steeped with purpose.
Let’s take a little stroll through what’s brewing…
☕ Coffee Break
This roasted herbal tea has become my go-to after breakfast. It’s rich and cozy—just like a cup of coffee—but supports digestion and has zero caffeine. If you love the idea of coffee but not the crash that follows, this blend is your new best friend.
🌙 Lullaby
This one is deeply personal. As someone who has struggled with winding down, I blended Lullaby to help the body transition gently into rest. It’s full of calming botanicals and perfect before bed (or even during a mid-afternoon pause with a blanket).
🌸 Harmony
I made Harmony for all the women who power through headaches and tension because we “don’t have time” to slow down. This blend is designed to help your body say you deserve a break. And yes, it smells like peace.
💗 Aunt Flo’s Special Blend (for your special friend)
If you’ve ever wished your tea understood your monthly mood, this one’s for you. I crafted it with hormone-soothing herbs to offer comfort and care during your cycle. I drink it on repeat during my “special week” and it’s been a game changer.
🍋 Lemon Ginger
A classic with a Montour twist. This tea is a bright, zesty way to show your immune system some love—especially as the seasons shift. I like it with a drizzle of honey or splashed over sparkling water for a wellness fizz.
✨ Focus Pocus
This is your magical morning blend. Caffeine-free and full of mind-boosting herbs, Focus Pocus was created for those days when you need to get. stuff. done. It’s energizing, clarifying, and feels like a little spell for productivity.

🍹 WELLNESS TEA MOCKTAILS – Non-Alcoholic Elixirs

1. Ginger Glow Fizz
(Immune Boosting – Featuring Lemon Ginger Tea)
Ingredients:
1 cup brewed Lemon Ginger tea (cooled)
½ cup sparkling water
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
Squeeze of lemon
Fresh ginger slice + lemon wedge for garnish
Instructions: Shake tea, syrup, and lemon juice with ice. Top with sparkling water and garnish. Serve in a chilled glass.
2. Focus Pocus Refresher
(Brain Boost – Featuring Focus Pocus / Harvest Glow)
Ingredients:
1 cup brewed Focus Pocus tea (cooled)
½ cup blueberry juice or white grape juice
A few mint leaves
Blueberries and edible glitter (optional)
Instructions: Muddle mint. Mix tea and juice over ice, then garnish with blueberries and sparkle!
3. Harmony Cooler
(Headache Soother – Featuring Harmony Tea)
Ingredients:
1 cup brewed Harmony tea (cooled)
¼ cup cucumber juice or aloe water
Squeeze of lime
Cucumber ribbon + mint for garnish
Instructions: Shake ingredients with ice. Strain into a lowball glass and garnish with cucumber and mint.
4. Sunset Cycle Sip
(Hormone Harmony – Featuring Aunt Flo’s Special Blend)
Ingredients:
1 cup brewed Aunt Flo’s Blend (cooled)
½ cup cranberry juice
Splash of lime soda or ginger ale
Raspberries + orange slice for garnish
Instructions: Build over ice in a stemless wine glass. Stir gently and garnish.
5. Lullaby Nightcap
(Sleepy Time Sipper – Featuring Lullaby Tea)
Ingredients:
¾ cup brewed Lullaby tea (warm or iced)
¼ cup tart cherry juice
1 tsp vanilla syrup or honey
Lavender sprig or cinnamon stick for garnish
Instructions: Stir gently and serve warm in a mug for bedtime, or pour over ice for a dreamy cooler.
